Joe is a psychotherapist, couples therapist, and developer of Connected State Therapy (CST). His professional journey has been defined by a commitment to deep learning and innovation in therapeutic practice.

After graduating from the University of Southampton in 2004, Joe immediately began vocational training in integrative wellness, progressing through two decades to develop CST - a therapeutic approach that bridges contemporary neuroscience, analytical psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and deep experiential work.

His work honors the psyche's natural wisdom while providing practical tools for integration, with particular expertise in helping people move beyond intellectual understanding to embodied transformation.

His engagement with his own journey and parenthood grounds his work in genuine human experience.
